Rulemaking Overview
The Supreme Court follows an annual rulemaking cycle that is governed by Rule 23-106.1 NMRA and Rule 23-106.2 NMRA. The Court has various standing committees, which are listed under Rule 23-106 NMRA, who assist the Court with its rulemaking function.

- To receive an email alert when the Court approves new rule amendments or publishes proposed rule amendments for comment, you may subscribe to the Court’s email Listserv.
